The Projects Committee comprises not more than 5 members of the Association with one such member being a representative, of the Executive Committee.

Membership of the Committee is voluntary, with interested members indicating interest when required. In the event the number of volunteers exceeds 5, there shall be a secret ballot vote taken with those
with the highest number of votes selected.
